Yoga for City Surfers' classes are tailored yoga classes to help you maintain and build your surfing fitness, and prepare muscles (and mind) for your next surf session or trip.

Each week is themed to target different muscles groups used for surfing as well as flexibility, breath control, core strength, balance and focus. The most important thing though is that everyone leaves smiling and feeling stoked for their next surf trip!

Everyone is welcome, whether you've done yoga before or now, or if you're an experienced surfer or never picked a board before (or should I say, yet)!
